I offer virtual or in-person cooking classes where you can learn hands-on skills and tips to make nutritious meals for you and your family. With many years of professional culinary experience, I bring my expertise to every session, ensuring you gain the confidence to create healthy, delicious dishes.

Our starter package is designed to give you empowering insights into your current health and kitchen habits. This package includes personalized meal plan templates, a virtual kitchen audit, and expert recommendations to help you kickstart your wellness journey.

Ready to make some long-lasting changes with personalized 1:1 support?
I offer coaching packages in packs of 6 or 12 sessions, providing you with ongoing guidance and support tailored to your specific needs. Together, we’ll work to overcome challenges and build sustainable habits that keep you energized and balanced.
Frequently Asked Questions
What are your certifications and qualifications?
A: I hold certification from Mind Body Green health coaching program that is approved by the Board of Medical Directors. My goal in 2025 is to obtain board certification so that I can take insurance.
I have many years of experience working with women and families as a caregiver, birth doula, and private chef. I am a brain tumor survivor and mother of two. I have studied nutrition and wellness for all of my adulthood to heal myself from my own health challenges.
Why should I hire a health coach?
A: To manage, help heal, or prevent chronic illness. This is #1. To feel seen, heard, supported and guided towards better sleep, diet, exercise, social well-being, & stress management.
Are health coaches like therapists?
A: Like therapists, health coaches support and help clients problem solve, but unlike them, they don’t advise or prescribe.
How long do sessions run with a health coach?
A: 30 minutes to an hour is effective for helping clients feel supported, guided, and held accountable.
How long does it take for behavior change to take place?
A: As they say, it takes 21 days to make or break a habit, so a minimum of 6 sessions are needed to see definite change. It also depends on how motivated the client is, and how effective the coach is with their methods.

My name is Lindsey Case
As a former "mommy martyr" I understand the challenges that come with undereating, overwhelm, and self-neglect in motherhood.
Living the only way I knew and repeating these patterns resulted in multiple health issues, damaged relationships, and a gripping anxiety.
I became a certified holistic coach to help humans align their mind, body, and spirit and to feel empowered, healthy, and whole. Change is never easy, but it's much easier when you feel heard, seen, and supported.
My mission is to help you break free from these harmful patterns and embrace a life of health and happiness.
