Hi there, I'm Lindsey,
I struggled with health issues for all of my 20s as a result of an under-eating & binging cycle.
My lack of proper nutrition & unmanaged ADHD left me struggling with severe stress &
many health issues in my digestive, reproductive, and nervous systems.
While planning my second pregnancy I was diagnosed with a brain tumor that shook me to my core. Healthy living and supporting other moms in the stressful season of parenthood has become my mission.
